Guideline No.7 of 2014 on Third Party Procurement or Disposal Providers

This document comprises of guidelines on third-party procurement and disposal providers. They allow Procuring and Disposing Entities (PDEs) to seek third-party services when they lack technical capacity, subject to approval from the Authority on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, the Authority is responsible for pre-qualifying firms to provide procurement and disposal support services to PDEs in areas where technical expertise is lacking. PDEs must competitively select services from the pre-qualified firms listed on the Authority's website. The guidelines came into effect on 3rd March 2014 and are distributed to Accounting Officers, Contracts Committee members, and the Procurement and Disposal Unit of the PDEs.
