MME 1201 Engineering Mathematics II

Course Description

This course aims to expand upon the topics covered in the previous engineering mathematics course, providing students with an in-depth understanding of how to apply mathematics to solve engineering problems. Topics covered will include ordinary differential equations, infinite series, vector analysis, and numerical analysis.

Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course, a student is able to:

• Formulate engineering problems using ordinary differential equations and numerical analysis.
•  Apply the mathematics knowledge to understanding concepts in other engineering courses
• Use mathematical background for basic applications in Engineering Course Units
