STA3203 Project Planning and Management

The course is intended to introduce learners to basic project planning and management techniques. The course unit will develop the capacity of learners to effectively and efficiently manage their organizations, programs and projects. 

Expected Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, learners should be able to;

• Apply basic project management skills in different project environments
• Plan, organize work, execute, monitor and evaluate activities within a project.
• To build skills in performance-based project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
• To apply the Logical Framework Analysis to improve the causal logic within the project and its environment.
• To develop key outputs and activities and their linkages to resource requirements.
