SPE2204 Volleyball and Racket Games (Badminton) in Secondary Schools

The course introduces students to methods of teaching volleyball skills, organization, officiating, demarcating the volleyball court and knowledge of playing the game of volleyball.

Course Objectives

• Acquire basic knowledge and techniques for teaching and playing volleyball and handball
• Develop personal competence in organizing and officiating the game of volleyball and handball.
• Demonstrate competence in playing and teaching handball and volleyball at secondary school level
