Course Unit Description

This course aims to enhance the capacity of students to benefit from information and communication technologies (ICT) now, and in the future in psychology and research. ICT now irreversibly and irrevocably affects people’s thoughts, emotions, and behaviour in business, education, work, home and social life. It is vital to industry, commerce and entertainment. Yet so many people are not yet conversant in using the various forms of ICT in enhancing their professional practice; instead, some get swayed by the distractive forms of ICT to the detriment of their outputs. So, the course will demystify the use of ICT in educational psychology and clear the misconceptions and distractions about ICT to the scholars.
