ENT2203 Management

This is an introductory course about management in organizations. It provides instruction in principles of management that have general applicability to all types of enterprises; basic management philosophy and decision making; principles involved in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling; and recent concepts in management.

This course is intended:

• Introducing the learners to managerial skills
• Exploring management theories to improve employee effectiveness and efficiency
• Imparting knowledge and skills of management functions
• Instilling the spirit of teamwork among employees in organizations
