Course Unit Description
This course aims at developing a thorough understanding of the nature and role of Human Resources as one of the key resources in a educational institution in relation to performance through addressing both theoretical and practical issues within strategic and integrated framework in educational institutions
Course objectives
The aim of this course is to enable students to
- Contribute to performance management and organizational effectiveness
- Develop effective written and oral communication skills
- Develop employability skills for the general education participants
- Effectively manage and plan key human resource functions within education sector
- Examine current issues, trends, practices, and processes in human resources management solve human resource challenges

At the end of the unit, students should be able to
- Analyze the internal and external functioning and relationships within education institutions
- Examine the main approaches and theories in management humans and the relationships between HR strategies and performance
- Enalyze the relationship between strategic initiatives and organizational performance
