BBA3109 Real Estates Management (Accounting & Finance Option)

The course is designed to provide students with the understanding of investments in estates issues. The course will focus on operations of real estate markets, market research and valuation of real estates. The course will cover, financing of home ownership, regulations and contracts for real estate management, residential mortgage types and borrowing decisions. The focus will also be on sources of funding for residential mortgages, brokering, financing and creating and maintaining value in real estates.
