AGR2102: Crop Production Practical

This course covers crop production practicals and post-harvest handling and food preservation.

Course Objectives
At the end of the course, students will be able to:

• vegetable crop using appropriate practices
• present a written report on the vegetable project undertaken
• understand factors that lead to post harvest crop losses
• minimize post-harvest crop losses.
